GEMATILEN BKHD is an off-the-shelf compound filler masterbatch. GEMATILEN BKHD is from 50% to 80% Calcium Carbonate (Chalk, CaCO3) filled HDPE based compound. The product has been engineered for extrusion, injection moulding and blown moulding applications.
GEMATILEN BKHD can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at upto 40% depending on the application.
GEMATILEN BKHD can also be manufactured to customer specification to carry between 10% to 80% Calcium Carbonate.
